Working Principle
Our engineers available to service overseas lab sieve adopts new type power generator that generates multivariate high-frequency vibration to sieve and filter samples efficiently. Meanwhile ,its standard screen makes sure sample analysis of high precision. At the same time,it uses upright motor as the source of vibration, The vertical motor, which is installed with eccentric hammers on the top and bottom, is regarded as vibratory source. The eccentric hammers change the track of rotation into horizontal, vertical and inclined movement, and then pass the movement to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom eccentric weight can change trajectories of the materials on the sieve.

It applies in the accurate analysis of granularity structures of particle and power materials, and the testing analysis of solid content in liquid for laboratories, quality control rooms and scientific research departments. FAQ
1. How about the sealing of this machine ?
Between two decks, there are silica gel ring to seal. Then the clamp would lock two decks tightly with the extended copper nut.
2. Could this machine be refitted or designed to suit to my production line ?
All of machines in our company could be customized by clients' specific requirement such as the height from outlet to ground, the inlet shape, the outlet shape and the gate design on first deck.
3. How can I get the matched spares for maintaining ?
